Ward & Misenheimer was founded in October of 1999 by Luther Misenheimer and Jeff Ward. In October of 2000 they acquired a Coldwell Banker franchise and now operate as Coldwell Banker Ward & Misenheimer. Their commitment towards Durham , Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Cary and surrounding Research Triangle communities is reflected by the high standard of customer service offered by all the Coldwell Banker Ward & Misenheimer REALTOR®s.
